Despite being one of the most famous vocalists today, Mick Jagger , iconic frontman of the Rolling Stones , managed to go unnoticed in a bar in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina, in the United States.
As reported by the Ultimate Classic Rock website , Mick Jagger used social media to share a photo of the moment he was drinking a beer outside a bar in the United States. In the image, the star is discreet, wears a cap and has a bottle of drink in his hand.
In addition, the image shows that apparently none of the customers seemed to notice that the musician was there. In the publication's caption, Mick Jagger wrote: "About last night in Charlotte."
Brian Wilson , one of the owners of the Thirsty Beaver bar , explained to a WSOC reporter that no one actually noticed Mick Jagger being there. Journalist Joe Bruno even found out that a group of the establishment's customers had tickets for the band's performance held in the city on Thursday, September 30th.
"It turns out the people to his right in this photo have tickets to the show tonight and didn't even realize it was him!," wrote reporter Joe Bruno on Twitter. The group performed at the Bank of America stadium in the evening, and was attended by 40,000 people.
In an interview, the owner of the bar revealed that he was not in the establishment at the time of the star's visit. Also, he explained that Jagger paid for the beer in cash — so there are no credit card receipts or the musician's signature.
In Mick Jagger 's post comments , several people joked that bar patrons didn't notice the rock star. One profile wrote: "How come the people there aren't freaking out?"
